These terms govern your use of the AbsoluteUI websites operated by Kasadara Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Kasadara", "we", "us"):
- https://aui.kasadara.com (product site);
- https://aui-docs.kasadara.com (documentation);
- https://aui-designer.kasadara.com (Theme Designer);
together, the "Sites". By using the Sites, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.
1. The software is licensed separately
The AbsoluteUI software, including its packages, documentation, and code examples, is licensed under the AbsoluteUI Free Use License (the "License"), not under these terms. If these terms and the License conflict about the software, the License prevails.
2. Using the Sites
You may use the Sites to learn about, evaluate, and use AbsoluteUI. You must not:
- use the Sites in violation of any law;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Sites or their hosting, or interfere with their operation, for example by denial-of-service attacks or by load that degrades the Sites for others;
- test the security of the Sites except as allowed by our Security Policy;
- scrape or copy the Sites in bulk, except by search engines that respect
robots.txt, or use them to build a competing product; - remove or alter copyright, license, or attribution notices; or
- present the Sites, or content from them, as your own or as endorsed by Kasadara.
3. Our content
The Sites, including their text, design, graphics, screenshots, and logos, are owned by Kasadara or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. "AbsoluteUI" and its logos are trademarks of Kasadara. Except for the software licensed under the License, and short quotations with attribution, you may not reproduce the Sites' content without our written permission.
Third-party material on the Sites, such as fonts, is used under its own license, listed on the Third-party notices page.
4. The Theme Designer
The Theme Designer runs in your browser. What you enter is not sent to us (see the Privacy Policy).
- Your themes: as between you and us, you own the themes, design tokens, and files you create, to the extent they contain no part of the AbsoluteUI software's code. Creating and distributing them is governed by section 2.1(6) of the License.
- Compliance results are guidance: the contrast and accessibility assessments the Theme Designer shows are automated checks of tokens. They are not a certification. You remain responsible for testing your application.
- Keep your own copies: drafts are stored only in your browser and can be lost. Export the files you want to keep.
5. Links and third-party services
The Sites link to third-party websites and use third-party services, such as Microsoft Clarity (with your consent) and Microsoft Azure hosting. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, which have their own terms.
6. Availability and changes
The Sites are provided free of charge. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of them at any time, without notice.
7. No warranty
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITES AND THEIR CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. STATEMENTS ABOUT STANDARDS, ACCESSIBILITY, SECURITY, OR PERFORMANCE ARE DESIGN OBJECTIVES AND TEST RESULTS AT A POINT IN TIME, NOT WARRANTIES.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KASADARA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITES OR THESE TERMS. KASADARA'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITES OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED INR 10,000 (ten thousand rupees).
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Coimbatore, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sites or these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. Your use of the Sites after that date means you accept the updated terms.
11. General
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms are written in English; any translation is for convenience only.
